Technical Communications Manager

At HERE, the Platform & Technology team (P&T) has the mandate of delivering high-quality map content and to drive innovation and thought leadership in map making. A key-initiative in P&T is the multi-year "Integrated Map-Making Platform" program (IMP), that drives the evolution of HERE map-making in support of our mission to deliver a Live-Map to every vehicle by 2035, and in support of our current customer and product commitments.
To support this initiative, we are looking for a talented and passionate Communications Manager to join the IMP Leadership. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our transformational initiative, by ensuring clear, concise, and consistent internal communication with everyone at HERE and beyond.
Who are you?

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in tech environment
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail and tailored messaging for diverse stakeholders
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible and engaging content for various media
• Experience in planning and facilitating marketing, communication, and Learning & Development activities
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, HR, and marketing
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders across all levels and aligning messaging with strategic objectives
• Fluent English (C1+)

Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and facilitate marketing, communications and Learning & Development activities about the IMP program that makes everyone @HERE understand what IMP is, and why it is important for all of us
• Make exciting content for any imaginable internal communication channel, doesn't matter if it is emails, newsletters, intranet articles, presentations, video scripts, banners and FAQs, as long as it resonates with our world-wide, global and diverse audience of engineers, operators, analysts, employees, managers, and executives @HERE
• Identify the different type of stakeholders and tailor messaging to their specific needs. This includes regular updates to various levels of senior leadership who we need for budget and change support as well as to keep us aligned with broader company goals and strategic objectives.
• Work with the HERE Quality and HR functions to get their support for the implementation of changed processes, procedures and escalation trees, and for the development of training and documentation about the new components and possibilities developed in IMP
• When and where necessary, seek and achieve collaboration with HERE Product Marketing on the messaging to customers and market, reflected in product collateral, events, press releases and our social media presence
• Since the voice of our colleagues is important for our success we believe in the use of different kinds of feedback loops, including surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions, to gauge employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement. And use that feedback and data to continuously improve communication tactics and approaches
