The Executive Recruiter will manage the end-to-end candidate cycle, including research, sourcing, and recruiting Finance talent. The Researcher supports the Accounting & Finance Division by conducting research, lead generation, and administrative tasks while collaborating with recruiters to enhance client and candidate services. This role requires effective communication and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

The Executive Recruiter will oversee the recruitment life cycle including bringing in new businesses, managing existing accounts, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and closing deals. The role focuses on placing Sales & Marketing professionals, collaborating with a national team of recruiters.
