The Technical Specialist – EcoSys is tasked with implementing, configuring, and supporting the EcoSys software platform. Responsibilities include developing custom solutions, integrating EcoSys with other systems, providing technical support, training users, and ensuring the platform's effectiveness and security. The role also involves managing project timelines and collaborating with teams for successful outcomes.

As an IT Administrator, you will manage remote IT operations, provide technical support to employees, maintain cloud infrastructure, automate processes, and ensure security compliance. Responsible for user onboarding and offboarding, overseeing tools and troubleshooting issues across various platforms.

As a Senior System Administrator, you will support multiple clients' system infrastructures on-premise and in the cloud, focusing on network security, infrastructure design, and virtualization. Responsibilities include maintaining server infrastructure, monitoring uptime, resolving issues proactively, and implementing automation tools. You will also provide level 3 support to Help Desk teams and engage in design implementations.
