The Partner Innovation & Enablement Consultant will provide innovative and technical direction in empowering our partner ecosystem.

This role involves acting in a consultative capacity and being recognized as an expert within the partner ecosystem. The Partner Innovation & Enablement Consultant is a key contact for the Channel Sales organization regarding partner enablement at ABBYY. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, keen business acumen, and the ability to clearly communicate and present to clients.

The key to success in this role is to proactively lead enablement activities with partners while collaborating with diverse teams, both internally and externally, to drive revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth with ABBYY’s partners by enabling them to become successful champions of ABBYY technologies within the Intelligent Process Automation market.
  • Support growth partners with POCs in collaboration with our Presales organization and provide best practices.
  • Continuously stay updated on ABBYY’s technologies and the general market to further support and enable both new and existing growth partners. Serve as a consultant during the onboarding cycle, working alongside Channel teams to present and demonstrate advanced strategies, evangelize technology advancements, and showcase innovative thinking.
  • Ensure a strategic plan is in place for top growth partners, focusing on accelerating new business acquisition through enablement.
  • Drive all activities with a customer-first mentality and proactive attitude, fostering close collaboration with Channel Sales, Partner Marketing, and Presales to promote the adoption of the Global Channel Program and specifically the Partner Enablement Program both externally and internally.
  • Actively participate in events, webinars, and other communications organized by ABBYY and growth partners, creating content and presenting.

Job Requirements:

  • Must come from an Intelligent Automation background, likely having been in a similar role at another automation vendor such as RPA, IDP, BPM etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including being able to interact with senior executives
  • Exceptional written communication. This role requires an ability to understand and articulate both the business benefits (value proposition) and technical advantages of ABBYY products and solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to make and take responsibility for decisions on major technical and commercial issues
  • Flexibility to travel as needed
  • Knowledge of ABBYY technology is a plus
  • Deep technical knowledge of current and upcoming cloud protocols and Internet Standards as well as coding in Javascript
  • While experience is important for this role, we are looking for someone that is keen to take the next step in their career with high motivation to succeed and prove themselves

Salary Range:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $64,000 and $84,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
