The Recruiter at Two Barrels will develop creative recruiting strategies, manage the full lifecycle of recruiting for various positions, and assess candidates' technical skills. The role requires strong relationship management with hiring teams and a focus on cultivating company culture. You will work primarily in-person at the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene area, conducting interviews and onboarding.
