The Senior Legal Counsel will review and negotiate security-related contracts, advise on regulatory compliance, and collaborate with various teams to guide cybersecurity strategies and address security threats. They will act as a legal resource for the Global Information Security Department and maintain compliance with legal regulations.

The Assistant General Counsel, Commercial Contracts will provide commercial and contract advice across the organization, establish negotiation objectives, prepare negotiation documents, identify risks, and finalize commercial agreements to support business profitability while minimizing risk.
