The State Tax Editor/Author will create and maintain tax content for Checkpoint Catalyst, analyze state tax developments, and provide editorial insights. This role requires extensive experience in tax law and strong writing skills, enabling effective support for customers and internal teams.

The Corporate Counsel will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, lead contract negotiations, provide legal advice on laws and regulations, and work with various business teams on technology transactions and compliance matters.
