- Managing end-to-end travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Leading space planning, office moves, and infrastructure upgrades as the company grows.
- As part of the HR division, working closely with all HR functions and partnering on cross-organizational projects. Collaborating with IT, Finance, Legal, and Procurement to ensure seamless cross-functional cooperation.

- Delivering internal communications related to office logistics and updates.
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process optimization without compromising quality or experience.
- Managing a significant annual budget for office operations, infrastructure, and workplace services, while continuously seeking opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
Here’s what we need from you:
- 3+ years of experience in office operations, facilities management, or executive assistance in a fast-paced company.
- Proven experience managing complex travel and calendar coordination.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
