Key Responsibilities:
Operations
- Manage travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and accommodations, and prepare accurate travel and expense reports.
- Create various reports such as HR data, manage expense reports, and process reimbursements.
- Assist with HRIS processes, updates, and system maintenance.
- Provide support and involvement in cross-organizational HR projects, covering both operational and administrative aspects.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
- Enhance office culture by organizing employee experience activities, happy hours, company events, and more.
- Act as a go-to resource for employee requests and ongoing needs.
- Offer continuous support to employees throughout their lifecycle at the company, including during parental leave, weddings, military reserve duty, unpaid leave, and off-boarding.
Office Management & Administration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, guests, and visitors at the reception desk.
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace.
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, including negotiations, contracts, and ongoing coordination.
- Supervise office housekeeping to maintain a well-presented and comfortable environment.
Requirements
Here’s what we need from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a startup environment.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service-oriented mindset.
