THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you someone who enjoys navigating the intersection of technology and collaboration? Do you thrive in a structured, fast-paced, and international environment? We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy working student to join our team and support in sales enablement. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining and enhancing our sales operations, supporting e-learning initiatives, and managing our SharePoint platform.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Develop and manage e-learning resources such as modules, learning videos, and intuitive layouts to support the Sales team’s knowledge and skills enhancement
- Serve as the Sales SharePoint administrator, ensuring the platform is up-to-date, user-friendly, and effectively organized to house and share learning materials
- Coordinate and facilitate training initiatives, including organizing in-person sessions, liaising with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, CED), managing logistics, and gathering feedback from participants
- Support side projects for sales operations such as CRM training and conducting market and competitor research
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
- You are currently studying Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- You have some previous work experience in an international environment, preferably in a sales context
- Proven ability to effectively deliver knowledge by designing and/or delivering engaging training seminars, videos, and other educational formats tailored to diverse audiences
- You are proficient in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Fluency in English, and strong communication skills to thrive in an intercultural, global environment
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
