Your New Role: Working Student - Human Resources
Location: Dusseldorf, Germany (On-Site)
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Administrative support for HR management, e.g. preparation of references, data maintenance.
- Independent research to stay up to date with labor law requirements and resolving issues.
- Contributing to the development and improvement of HR systems and processes.
- Collaborating in processes to strengthen employee development, e.g. performance process.
- Supporting the HR Team in day-to-day business and projects along the employee lifecycle e.g. improving our employee engagement.
- Assisting in various activities in Office Management, e.g. ordering office supplies, preparing meeting rooms and events.
About you
- Currently enrolled in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration or (Business) Psychology (specialising in human resources/communication) or a comparable area of studies.
- Fascinated with the technology industry, especially AI, is evident in your proactive approach.
- Currently based in North Rhine-Westphalia and able to work from the Düsseldorf office when needed.
- Fluent in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills (essential)
- You have a keen interest in Human Resources topics. Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience in a comparable position.
- You thrive when working independently, taking the initiative, and managing multiple tasks with precision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring efficiency and excellence in your work.
- You are confident in using Microsoft Office 365.
- You enjoy teamwork and are motivated by new topics.
