Responsibilities:
- Support in maintaining the management system, including document management and audit management
- Assisting the QM team with current projects and daily operations
- Participating in the preparation and evaluation of internal and external audits
- Creating reports and evaluations
- Digitalization of quality management:
- Maintaining and further developing digital solutions in quality management
- Identifying potential use cases for digitalization, co-developing, and possibly implementing solutions using, for example, MS Excel/Access, Power Platform
- Other administrative or analytical tasks in the area of quality management/warranty management (e.g., SharePoint)
Qualifications:
- Technical or business studies, studies in computer science, or comparable courses of study
- Good knowledge of Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Good data processing skills, including MS Power Platform, Power BI
- Independent and structured way of working
- Teamwork, commitment, and initiative
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
- Initial experience through internships in the field of quality management is an advantage
- Availability for a period of at least 6 months, preferably longer
