Position Overview
We are seeking a Workfront Fusion Technical Lead to own the design, development, and management of our enterprise automation solutions using Workfront Fusion. As a key member of our delivery team, you will lead integration strategies, ensure scalability, and support cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving workflows, visibility, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Development & Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain scalable Workfront Fusion integrations and automation workflows across systems such as Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce, Jira, Slack, and others.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions using Workfront Fusion.
- Governance & Best Practices: Define and enforce integration governance, documentation standards, and reusable frameworks within Workfront Fusion.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose and resolve issues related to workflows and integrations; monitor system performance and implement improvements.
- Mentorship & Collaboration: Provide technical leadership to junior developers or admins; work closely with Workfront system admins, business analysts, and other IT teams.
- Project Leadership: Drive integration initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and timelines.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems integration, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion.
- Deep understanding of Workfront platform capabilities, APIs, custom forms, object model, and advanced reporting.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns.
- Proficiency in data transformation, error handling, and automation logic in Workfront Fusion.
- Experience integrating with systems like Salesforce, Jira, Slack, AEM, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workfront Core and/or Workfront Fusion certifications.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
- Familiarity with project and portfolio management (PPM) principles.
- Previous experience in industries like marketing, professional services, or IT operations.
