The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an Implementation consultant, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Collaborating with clients and Solventum team members to deploy and configure Solventum products by completing project deliverables and serving implementation needs.
- Assessing current state customer coding, CDI, and visit workflows while working within an implementation team to validate that the proposed future state fits with overall project objectives.
- Leading and working interactively with Solventum clients and Solventum team members to configure, test, and validate Solventum Revenue Cycle application environments.
- Leading issue resolution: communicating with client and internal teams on issue resolution and configuration change control by tracking and documenting issues encountered.
- Performing isolation and analysis of issues by partnering with support and escalations team for root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
- Training system administrators and end users on maintenance and administration of Solventum Products.
- Leading testing and go-live support. Interacting with customer's team on issue resolution and configuration changes.
- Keeping up to date with all new features, functions, business issues, policies, and implementation options. Contributing to the evolutionary growth of implementation infrastructure by developing and updating educational materials, documentation, tools, and programs.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of (7) seven years of experience in in lieu of the bachelor’s degree education in a private, public, government or military environment
OR
High School Diploma/GED from AND (11) eleven years in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Knowledge of 3M/Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ Professional products
- Electronic Medical Record implementation experience
- Must be self-starter with ability to analyze and critically think. Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
- SQL, Windows Server and Networking experience
- Minimum of three (3) combined years direct experience with support of software and/or implementation of software (preferably in a healthcare setting supporting Solventum™ 360 Encompass™)
- Minimum of two (2) combined years of working knowledge of hospital and/or professional healthcare coding workflow
- Minimum of two (2) year' experience in a client facing implementation role
Work location: Remote-United States
Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $119,076 - $145,537, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
