The Workflow Analyst plays a key role in our workflows, which ingest raw data and transform it to enriched data for viewing by our customers in D&B Products.
The Workflow Analyst also will be responsible for researching, identifying opportunity within workflows, and working among various teams at Dun & Bradstreet to drive operational excellence through process controls, process improvement and development of new capabilities.
The efforts of the Workflow Analyst seek to make the organization more effective and efficient while delivering outstanding customer value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build expertise in end-to-end workflows, primarily in the United States, by developing automations, backlogs, milestones and managing risk to ensure data quality.
- Conduct thorough analysis and synthesis of data to inform project decisions and outcomes.
- Present findings through meaningful, well-structured reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Skills Needed:
- Proficient skills and experience in the use of MS Office Suite required, including Excel and Power BI or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of core Python programming, including coding, debugging, and problem-solving.
- Understanding of the core principles of logic, ML and LLM.
- Understanding of core principles of financial standards including iXBRL and GAAP.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work setting.
- Ability to handle massive data and present findings effectively.
- Show an ownership mindset in everything you do; be a problem solver, be curious and be inspired to take action, be proactive, seek ways to collaborate and connect with people and teams in support of driving success.
