ERPA is a client-centered technology services firm, modernizing and maximizing customers’ investment in Workday. Our team delivers holistic solutions for higher education customers looking to implement Workday Student. Additionally, we maximize their Workday investment and elevate the user experience by offering on-going application management services, Phase X and follow-on solutions, analytics, and overall optimization.
Position Summary:
As a Workday Student Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Workday Student implementations for our higher education customers, focusing primarily on data conversion, tenant builds, and security. In addition, this role will contribute to the development of ERPA’s Workday Student practice and should showcase innovation, strategic thinking and have the drive to make ERPA a Workday Student partner of choice. We will consider candidates that are located in the United States and Canada.
ERPA is building a candidate bench for anticipated upcoming hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a consultant on multiple Workday Student implementations with limited direction

Execute the day-to-day implementation activities for clients including design, conversion, and testing as directed by Lead Consultant(s).

Participate in tenant build activities throughout an implementation project, extending beyond just data conversion

Design, build and test reports to customer(s) using advanced reports, including Calculated Fields

Work with customers to help convert legacy data into Workday

Collaborate effectively with extended team members which include functional and technical resources

Ensure customers understand and adopt best practices

Strive to suggest new approaches and tools to deploy the program efficiently and effectively to ERPA as we build our team to become an exceptional leader in the industry
Experience and Education Requirements:
-
Certified Workday Student Records and/or Workday Student Data Conversion consultant is preferred; however, we will also consider uncertified candidates that meet the qualification requirements.

Certified candidates must have at least 1 year of experience as a Workday Student implementer who has held a lead or support role in Workday Student data conversion—ideally for the full project, or at minimum, across three data conversion cycles—and has also led or contributed to a Tenant Build team.

Uncertified candidates must have at least one year of experience working with Workday Student in a higher education setting, specifically as part of the client-side data conversion team in either a functional or technical role. 5+ years of experience working in a higher ed environment is preferred.

Employment is contingent upon successfully completing/passing all required certification classes and exams.

All required certifications must remain in Active status throughout employment with ERPA.

Strong organizational skills are required. Must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with a proactive approach and detailed understanding of Workday Student and best practices, to make appropriate implementation recommendations

Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, coupled with a desire to have fun while building something new (required)
