Job Summary

The Workday Manager is an individual contributor role that will be based in the Philippines office and will work closely with the HR operations and recruitment teams in Philippines to support all Workday process related tasks and provide on ground support by acting as a Tier 2 resource. The role will have a matrix reporting to the HRIT, Tier 3, team based in India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the local HR Operations and recruitment teams for requirement gathering, submitting of change requests to HRIT, support the local teams with testing, running reports for data audits to help keep the HR data clean, support any new Workday related projects and answer Tier 2 related queries from the business users.
  • Support mass data change requests via EIB process and upkeep of security groups for Philippines in collaboration with Global Shared Services team.
  • Ensure compliance with Workday best practices and standards.
  • Provide training and documentation to the end users on Workday functionalities and processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues and escalate them to HRIT or Workday support as needed.
  • User Support and Training. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday users. Conduct training sessions for new users and create training materials.
  • Oversee the integration of Workday with other systems and third-party applications. Manage and troubleshoot data flows between Workday and other platforms.
  • Lead or support Workday-related projects, including system upgrades, new module implementations, and process automation initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Liaise with Workday consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage system enhancements, issue resolution, and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and run custom reports, dashboards, and analytics based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Workday HCM, preferably in a Tier 2 support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday business processes, security, reporting and integrations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
