Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a WMS Application Systems Analyst!
Your Responsibilities:
- Analyzes and evaluates existing warehouse management systems to identify areas for improvement
- Develop detailed plans for the implementation of enhancements to the Tecsys WMS system
- Provides expert advice and solutions to complex warehousing and distribution challenges
- Conduct training sessions for users on the functionalities and updates of the Tecsys WMS system
- Documents existing processes and new functionality
- Develops understanding of back office systems like TComs OMS and other sister company back office systems that Tecsys is integrated with
You Must Have:
- 2+ years of experience with WMS (preferably Tecsys) and its application in warehousing and distribution
- Understanding of back office and inventory management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn new skills quickly
We Would Also Prefer:
- B.S. in Business or IT
- Background in warehouse management operations
