About the Job

  • The purpose of this position is to determine needs and drive digital and on-floor customer Marketing activations of the Levi’s brand with our B&M Key Accounts.  This role is customers and partner facing, it has to develop strategies and execute Marketing action plans to support the delivery of business results with Key Accounts and Lighthouses. 

  • Own strategy building, planning and execution of Marketing and on-floor activations with Key Accounts and Lighthouses located in the UK to drive business KPIs, ensuring alignment with the brand and fostering consumer engagement both digitally and on shop floor.

  • Build and direct strategic relations and negotiations with Key Accounts in the UK to increase Levi's share & visibility, drive traffic and maximize product sell-through.
  • Develop specific Lighthouse strategy in collaboration with the sales team to drive brand equity and business growth on Levi’s premium and collaborations.
  • Lead the creation of seasonal omnichannel marketing plans for our KA / Lighthouses in line with the European and UK Marketing Strategy, addressing all areas of the consumer journey on our partners platforms, both online and in-store.
  • Educate KA / Lighthouses and ensure compliance with Levi's marketing assets, brand guidelines and communication around product launch dates and embargos.
  • Optimise cross-functional working with the Sales Team to plan activities in line with the account’s assortment, focus product stories and business needs. Where applicable, also collaborate with broader UK marketing to amplify activities.
  • Set clear KPI’s and track campaign deployment, drive learnings and provide recommendation for future activity based on data to maximize our brand presence and optimize ROI.
  • Close collaboration with Brand Experience and Brand Environment Teams when planning for in-store activations.
  • Brief creative agencies for the development of  activations (including pop up, windows and in store events), lead the strategy and oversee every step of the execution.
  • Brief and align with the Creative Team (EU & Global) for any needed assets in regards to activations or campaigns.
  • Manage budget planning and spend with each KA / Lighthouses.
  • Attend sell-in sessions with Sales Team to present Marketing plans.

This is a hybrid position based in our Central London Office. You will be expected in office 2-3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.

About You

You will have 5+ years of experience related to developing and executing all or a significant portion of the Customer Marketing and on-floor experience to drive traffic increase and in-store conversion, Leadership Characteristics and other foundational competencies from apparel industry.

  • Consumer & Market Insight – Interprets multiple sources of consumer and marketplace insights to deploy Marketing programs that create desire and drive consumer demand for the brand. Knowledge of the UK apparel market.
  • Brings Inspired Creative to Life – Drives the brand “look and feel” through the right channels. Is fluent in next generation marketing approaches (e.g. digital /social media) to generate consumer interest.
  • Innovation & Experimentation – Executes new, forward looking and efficient approaches. Exhibits a ‘test and roll” mindset for experimentation in order to build learning and apply what works to bigger future efforts.
  • Strategic – looks beyond today, for long-term, sustained demand creation and energized brand equity differentiation.
  • Marketing ROI – Adept at a full range of marketing measurements tools to focus spending allocation and evaluating success.  Demonstrates that executed programs build brand equity in addition to revenue increases
