What you’ll do:

  • You will optimize staffing levels by forecasting needs, creating schedules, and managing real-time adjustments to ensure efficient workforce operations;

  • You will work on planning and scheduling of agents' working hours, shifts and holidays;

  • You will work on preparation of periodic reports on resource use and operational efficiency;

  • You will collaborate with operational teams to identify and implement solutions to optimize management;

  • You will be able to identify and implement process improvements to enhance workforce efficiency and effectiveness.
     

Who you are:

  • You have degree in statistics, business, engineering, or related field;

  • You have previous experience in WFM or a related role;

  • You have ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions;

  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team;

  • You have high level of accuracy and attention to detail in forecasting and scheduling;

  • You have excellent knowledge of the Office package (especially Excel);

  • You are fluent in Italian.
