Job Description
Main Duties:
- Checking customer documents for all orders Verified :
- Checking that ID, driving license and proof of address uploaded by customer are approved documents according to our guidelines
- Checking that ID, driving license and proof of address are consistent with order details
- In case documents are not OK, filling a Gform to request the FR team to take over and contact the customer
- Use a local web app to automatically generate administrative documents from a Google Sheets
- Send email template to FR customers with the administrative documents for them to check
- After an additional training - checking multiple data points to control the administrative conformity of trade-ins
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate in English, French is a plus;
- At least some experience in a back office/data entry/quality job;
- Professionalism, precision, reliability and high attention to detail;
- Basic PC skills, G-Mail and Google sheets is a benefit
- Quality focused mentality

Additional Information
The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania, Kompleksi Delijorgji, Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
