WICHTIGE PFLICHTEN UND VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN

• Unterstützung der Projektmanager und logistischen Teams in der Aufbereitung, Bewertung und Nachverfolgung von verkehrslenkenden Maßnahmen für Schwerlasttransporte
• Teilnahme an technischen und kommerziellen Klärungsgesprächen mit den Kunden und Subunternehmern
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Logistikingenieur und Logistikkoordinator in der Klärung von Projektthemen
• Unterstützung des Projekt Managers im Subunternehmermanagement für Schwerlasttransporte von den Kabelzwischenlagern an die Kabeltrasse
• Klärung/Unterstützung der Klärung von vertraglichen Themen für Schwerlasttransporte mit dem Contract Management
• Zuarbeit zur Berichterstattung intern wie extern sowie Prüfung von erhaltenen Berichten der Subunternehmer
• Unterstützung der Rechnungsprüfung der Subunternehmerrechnungen für verkehrslenkende Maßnahmen
• Teilnahme an internen Risikobesprechungen

QUALIFIKATIONEN & ERFAHRUNGEN

• Technische und interdisziplinäre Studienrichtung mit Technik von Vorteil (Maschinenbau, Bau oder Logistik)
• Interesse an einer Tätigkeit in einem Großprojekt im internationalen Projektumfeld
• Flexible Gestaltung der Wochenstunden möglich (jedoch termingebundene Erledigung von übertragenden Aufgaben erforderlich)
• Erfahrungen/Wissen im Bereich von Schwerlasttransporten (LKW) von Vorteil
• Selbstständiges und gewissenhaftes Arbeiten beim Auswerten und Aufbereiten von Projektinformationen
• Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse: C1 oder höher
• Teamfähigkeit und Empathie
• Problemlösungsfähigkeit und Zielorientierung
• Pragmatismus sowie Flexibilität
• Lernbereitschaft
• Selbstständigkeit sowie Gewissenhaftigkeit

IMPORTANT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Support project managers and logistics teams in the preparation, evaluation and follow-up of traffic management measures for heavy goods transportation
• Participate in technical and commercial clarification meetings with clients and subcontractors
• Close cooperation with the logistics engineer and logistics coordinator in the clarification of project topics 
• Supporting the project manager in subcontractor management for heavy load transportation from the interim cable storage facilities to the cable route
• Clarifying/supporting the clarification of contractual issues for heavy load transports with Contract Management
• Assistance with internal and external reporting and checking of reports received from subcontractors 
• Supporting the auditing of subcontractor invoices for traffic management measures
• Participation in internal risk meetings

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Technical and interdisciplinary field of study with technology an advantage (mechanical engineering, construction or logistics)
• Interest in working on a major project in an international project environment
• Flexible organization of weekly hours possible (however, completion of assigned tasks on time is required)
• Experience/knowledge in the field of heavy goods transportation (trucks) an advantage
• Independent and conscientious work in evaluating and preparing project information
• German and English language skills: C1 or higher
• Ability to work in a team and empathy
• Ability to solve problems and goal orientation
• Pragmatism and flexibility
• Willingness to learn
• Independence and conscientiousness
• Reliability and a sense of responsibility
