Description
Engrain has transformed the way people find, lease, and manage properties. Engrain provides a holistic suite of mapping solutions built specifically for the real estate industry to provide stunning unit-level map visualizations that integrate with countless websites and property tech applications. Our revolutionary, unit-level map data and interactive visuals within our SightMap, TouchTour and Asset Intelligence product lines allow both property owners and prospective renters to better ensure occupancy and drive revenue.
As a Website Support Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to be a part of Engrain's growth and dynamic environment. This entry-level role serves as a key connector between our creative team and our internal support team, ensuring website updates, support tickets, and new website requests are handled with clarity and care. You'll be the main point of contact for new Spaces instances, especially for properties outside of our core custom website program. You'll gather the right information, communicate with clients, and coordinate internally to make sure everything runs smoothly. You'll report directly to the Website Development Manager.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, likes systems and processes, and thrives in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate takes initiative, sees the bigger picture, and is eager to grow in a dynamic agency setting.
What you'll do...

  • Act as the liaison between our creative team and the internal support team, ensuring requests are submitted correctly and followed through to completion
  • Manage incoming requests for new Spaces instances, including coordinating setup and gathering assets
  • Own support workflows for Spaces instances outside of our custom website program
  • Submit bugs and new feature requests on behalf of clients, advocating for their needs and ensuring timely updates
  • Communicate with clients in a timely and professional manner, guiding them through the process
  • Collaborate closely with our Website Development Manager, designers, and developers to deliver accurate and on-brand results
  • Track and update project statuses to keep things moving
  • Assist with documentation and help refine internal processes

Growth Opportunities
In this role, you'll have the chance to grow and expand your responsibilities over time. As you become more familiar with the internal processes and client needs, you could take on:
Client-facing communication, responding to common inquiries and escalating more complex needs to senior team members

  • Managing project timelines, working alongside the Website Development Manager to ensure projects stay on track
  • Owning more of the post-launch support process, helping clients feel supported after go-live
  • Advocating for new feature requests and process improvements based on client feedback
  • Tracking project progress in project management systems, freeing up the leadership team to focus on high-level strategy
  • Taking the lead in improving internal documentation and workflows for the entire website support process

Requirements
What you offer us...

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you'll be emailing clients daily)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and think beyond the task at hand
  • Willingness to work hard and take ownership of your responsibilities
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new platforms
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and curiosity to grow
  • Experience in the multifamily industry or agency environment is a plus, but not required

What we offer you...

  • Salary Disclosure for Colorado: hourly rate of $22 - $26. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
  • Various health, dental, and vision insurance plans to choose from
  • Up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Up to 18 days annually of PTO & 10 holidays per year
  • Dog-friendly office
  • 401k match up to 4 percent
  • Annual reimbursement for learning & growth opportunities through our Grow450 program
  • On-site amenities include a professional fitness center, flexible & modern workspace, coffee bar, happy hour taps & team member lounge
