Mission: 

We are looking for a design-savvy, detail-oriented professional to oversee the development and quality assurance of new client websites on Webflow and project manage the migration of all WordPress sites to Webflow. This role combines front-end website development skills, a keen eye for design, and project management expertise to ensure every site aligns with JobNimbus brand standards. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and brand team, ensuring smooth site launches and top-notch user experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead Webflow Projects: Manage the end-to-end development of new client sites on Webflow, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders stay informed.
• Project Manage the WordPress Migration: Assist in ensuring that 90% of migration tasks are completed and on schedule. Once migration is complete, every Webflow site is fully functional, mobile-responsive, and optimized, leaving clients thinking, “Wow, JobNimbus really nailed it!”
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough design reviews and audits, verifying that every site meets the JobNimbus brand guidelines and highest design standards.
• Technical Support: Serve as the go-to website wizard, jumping in to resolve front-end issues, implement custom code, and integrate third-party tools as needed (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Zapier).
• Optimize for Performance: Ensure sites are mobile-responsive, fast-loading, and SEO-friendly—leaving clients saying, “Wow, JobNimbus really nailed it!”
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with marketing, brand, and contractor teams to gather requirements, manage feedback loops, and keep projects on schedule.
• Build Automations: Develop and implement strategies or workflows to reduce time to launch and streamline site onboarding processes.
• Document Best Practices: Create and maintain technical workflows, design standards, and QA checklists that serve as the gold standard for Webflow site development and maintenance.

What Makes You the Hero for This Job

• Project Management Chops: Comfortable coordinating teams, defining project timelines, and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Webflow experience: A major plus if you have experience building CMS structures, implementing custom code, and optimizing performance/SEO on Webflow.
• Eye for Design: Strong sense of aesthetics to ensure brand alignment and high-quality user experiences.
• Front-End Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to troubleshoot issues and deliver custom functionality.
• Technical Integrations: Ability to configure APIs, embed scripts, and set up widgets to enhance site functionality (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Zapier).
