Job Summary:
Develops and designs web pages, programs, banners and landing pages and creates visual interfaces for websites supporting internal business units and/or supplier-related programs in alignment with marketing strategies.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Develops, plans, programs, and designs web pages, banners, landing pages and HTML email campaigns in alignment with marketing strategies.
- Creates visual interfaces for new websites and enhancements to existing ones, with a focus on optimizing user experience and intuitive navigation.
- Functions as a key designer for regional web sites producing landing pages, banners, wireframes, mockups and email graphics.
- Recommends changes and redesigns for existing internet properties to improve look, usability and conversions.
- Conveys branding cohesively across multiple web properties and meets established design standards.
- Uses web design best practices and next-generation digital trends while maintaining a user centered design focus.
- Collaborates with marketing and programming teams to coordinate the development, integration, format design and release of web content.
- Maintains global infrastructure for IBM WebSphere properties or like applications.
- May create campaigns that improve search engine rankings, increase traffic to the site and strengthen customer loyalty including analytics reporting.
- Creates and maintains site documentation and training materials to support regional sites.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Foundational knowledge of specialized disciplines, industry practices and standards, acquired via academic instruction and/or relevant work experience of substantially the same level.
- Develops solutions to defined tasks, typical assignments and projects. May be solved by the application of specialized foundational knowledge, using existing approaches and solutions.

Work Experience:
- Typically less than 2 years with bachelor's or equivalent.
Education and Certification(s):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
