Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Writer to join our team! As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible to produce high-quality and understandable documentation with the goal to improve the success of our products. It will also provide you with the opportunity to establish effective communication programmes that promote and protect BGSW’s vision, strategy, values, and purpose. You'll focus on designing communication strategies that aid in implementing new policies and programs that will enhance the organization’s relations with the community, public and associates.You will join a team of talented tech writers who work collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts to make our products easier to use. It combines expertise including corporate, internal communications, change management, digital and social communications, and analytics. In BSGW we don't just create and amplify content, we are storytellers relentlessly dedicated to being strategic counselors, inspiring our people, growing, and protecting the brand and creating business value that accelerates the organization’s strategy.
Qualifications : BE/B.Tech
Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
- Impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends
- Original creativity and a keen eye for details with out of the box thinking and offbeat ideas
- In-depth understanding of design as per end deliverables
- Strong working knowledge in MS office and authoring tools like Madcap Flare, InDesign
- Reliant ability to perform independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment, successfully manage multiple priorities and different objectives simultaneously
- Sound analytical and multi-tasking skills and networking capability
Preferred Skills
- Working Knowledge of DDLC, MSTP, Adobe illustrator, Photoshop and IsoDraw
- Hands-on understanding of programming to interpret its intended meaning
- Self-driven, result oriented and quick learner

- Create high quality user-centric technical documentation
- Evaluate inputs and follow set standards to bring order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology
- Take complete ownership of the content lifecycle of a project
- Manage inter-team collaboration including logistics of all communication independently
- Assess self and others’ work to maintain consistent quality
- Adhere to the style guides of the organization and its policies for publication
- Adapt to different domains and master the technology
- Aptitude to work in different domains and grasp the technology
- Review documents and recommend revisions in terms of language or changes in scope, format, and content

4-8 years of relevant industry experience in technical and non-technical writing
