This full-time employment opportunity is located in Kennewick, Washington and would allow you to support Cornerstone Wealth Strategies Financial Advisors associated with LPL Financial. You will join a team that is dedicated to helping clients in every stage of their financial life. You will be required to be on site at Cornerstone Wealth Strategies supporting the advisors and office.

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and personable individual to join our operations team and assist in servicing our existing clients. As a Wealth Associate, you will provide essential support to our team in areas such as investment, financial planning, and relationship management.
The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and efficient professional, capable of working with meticulous attention to detail and maintaining the utmost discretion.
Responsibilities
- Possess knowledge and demonstrate ability to partner with the Financial Advisors in presenting total wealth management solutions and opportunities to meet the needs of clients.
- Provide support for overall client relationship building, business development activities, and effective service model execution
- Prepare agendas, financial plans and reports for client meetings
- Maintain and update various records ensuring accuracy, validity of information and data is in line with compliance policies
- Manage account activities that are operational in nature – new accounts, cash management, transfers, and account maintenance
- Perform business analytics as needed to support financial advisors in the growth of the business
- Assist in executing trades for clients as needed to support the Financial Advisor
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Business Administration preferred
- Series 7 and 66 licenses
- Proactive self-starter that is organized with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management when confronted with competing priorities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster relationships with clients and coworkers.
- Ability to analyze and research information with a logical approach to problem solving
- Proficiency in CRM applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Pay Range:
$71,000.00 - $118,300.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
