Gradient AI:
Gradient AI is revolutionizing Group Health and P&C insurance with AI-powered solutions that help insurers predict risk more accurately, improve profitability, and automate underwriting and claims. Our SaaS platform taps into one of the industry’s largest data lakes—tens of millions of policies and claims—to deliver deep, actionable insights. Trusted by leading carriers, MGAs, TPAs, and self-insured employers, Gradient AI has grown rapidly since our founding in 2018. Backed by $56M in Series C funding, we're scaling fast—and it's an exciting time to join the team.

You’ll lead marketing across digital, content, product, sales enablement, PR, and operations—with a strong focus on demand generation, marketing-driven pipeline, and go-to-market execution. This is a fully remote opportunity.

- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention with data-driven strategies, aligned with sales goals to maximize impact

- Champion innovation in digital content, product marketing, and sales enablement
- Own marketing operations, including HubSpot and Salesforce integration, lead flows, and scoring
- Drive metrics and KPIs to evaluate success and optimize performance
- Revolutionize brand efforts by reimagining PR strategy, (bonus for experience with brand relaunches or agency work)
- Build and mentor a high-performing team
- Lead revenue operations, sales enablement, and market attribution, partnering with sales teams to ensure seamless messaging and drive pipeline growth at scale
Skills needed to succeed:
- Proven experience in establishing and leading marketing and sales enablement functions for SaaS companies, from early-stage to scalable growth phases, including team recruitment, development, and driving sales effectiveness
- 7+ years managing teams across digital, branding, content, product marketing, and ops
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, lead scoring, and attribution
- Proven success driving pipeline and revenue with limited budget
- Data-driven mindset and strong cross-functional leadership skills
- Experience working closely with sales to align on go-to-market strategy
- Brand development or agency experience is a plus
- Insurance industry or start up experience is a plus
What We Offer:
- A fun, team-oriented startup culture.
- Generous stock options - we all get to own a piece of what we’re building.
- Unlimited vacation days.
- Flexible schedule that supports working from home.
- Full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid paternal leave, and more.
