Mixtiles is looking for a VP of Marketing / CMO to lead our marketing strategy and team as we scale from $200M to $1B+. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving profitable growth, strengthening our brand, and telling a story that’s uniquely ours. The goal: Build a world-class marketing engine that fuels our next stage of growth. Each of our products—Mixtiles, easyplant, Around, and Oasis—is at a different stage of growth, and your job is to help each one reach its full potential. That means scaling what works, broadening our audience, and sharpening our messaging. We need marketing that is clear, compelling, and drives real business impact.
In this role you will
- Drive revenue growth—own the marketing strategy that scales Mixtiles from $200M to $1B+.
- Shift the marketing team into a new gear as our products hit the $100M+ mark, optimizing how we reach new customers and engage existing ones.
- Craft a unique brand narrative—help Mixtiles stand out and build an emotional connection with customers.
- Simplify and sharpen messaging—ensure our value propositions are clear, compelling, and easy to understand.
- Lead new product storytelling—especially as we launch Oasis and continue evolving our portfolio.
- Optimize and broaden growth channels—find inefficiencies, expand into new opportunities, and refine creative execution.
- Shape the future of our brand structure—explore the best way to unify and strengthen our portfolio.
- Build and mentor a top-tier marketing team that moves fast and delivers at a high standard.
