Mixtiles is on a mission to create homes people love. We started by developing the easiest way to get photos out of your smartphone and onto your walls and expanded to delivering artwork, plants that live forever, a whole home design AR app, IoT and more.

Mixtiles manufactures and delivers over a million(!) physical products monthly to happy customers in the US and Europe. We rely heavily on software engineering, generative AI, AR/VR/XR technologies, industrial/digital design, marketing and manufacturing know-how to get this done. Our products include Mixtiles, easyplant, Around and Oasis (soon to launch).

We are one of the largest & fastest growing consumer startups in Israel.

Role Overview:

Mixtiles is looking for a world class VP Marketing to lead the marketing organization and drive strategic direction for the businesses growth, messaging and brand. You will report directly to the CEO, David Katz, and be a key member of the leadership team.

Successful Outcomes

• Drive consistent P&L growth through a clear and cohesive framework and strategy to help us scale from $200M+ to $1B+
• Shift our marketing team into a new gear as each of our products hits the $100M mark and beyond, identifying inefficiencies and broadening our approach to audiences, messages, creative and growth channels
• Help us tell a story only we can tell at Mixtiles as we build an iconic consumer brand
• Create clean, inspiring and simple messaging that resonates with our buyers and explains our innovative value propositions
• Support the storytelling and brand launch of all our products, especially our newest: Oasis
• Be a strong influencer in testing and launching a merge of our brands to increase growth
• Invest in the marketing organization and team members as we enter new phase of growth
• Represent what best in class marketing looks like for the team, not only at the highest levels but also by supporting your team in the details
• Nurture our current culture - collaborative, efficient, ownership mindset, ambitious and strong intuition about our customer base
