Lead the design vision, strategy, and execution for FLG footwear globally, taking innovative product ideas from concept to market.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • Develop key seasonal design concepts and stories that support brand and product strategies 
  • Lead the design vision for category- and consumer-right assortments; advise on category extension or new categories, and collabs
  • Lead and oversee design and creative process from concept to confirmation signoff
  • Partner with Brand leaders to create and communicate seasonal and yearly creative direction
  • Apply market research, trend insight, & knowledge to interpret business briefs and actively create/present new innovative concepts
  • Partner x-functionally to ensure highest-level product is successfully commercialized to brand vision and financial goals
  • Ensure product design initiatives meet category financial goals, profitability, and ROI standards, monitoring design cost investments
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a group of talented and inspired designers

$375,000 - $400,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your preferred location during the hiring process.
