Your mission
We are recruiting a Financial Controller for a one year renewable VIE for our Italian subsidiary in Milano.
VIE will take the Project manager role for the Rolling Forcast Operation/Finance integration project that is aimed to improve dramatically forecast accuracy and demand management accuracy in Pierre Fabre
As a Business Partner, take responsibility at an operational level and participate in steering activity performance, in his sphere :
- Advise and provide support to those with an operational role in steering their economic performance, by proposing new analytical tools and/or indicators to suit needs within his scope of activity
- Prepare management reports and analyses to make informed decisions
- Carry out suitable cost-benefit analyses and ensure that economic objectives are implemented through forecasting processes
- Ensure that management rules are respected and that financial processes in effect in the company (France and International) are functioning properly.
We are looking for a VIE that will be able to support the CFO and his N-1 focusing on the following activities:

perform activities in the Medical care controlling team supporting the Business Finance Partner in the periodical analysis and in the budget and forecast preparation for the pharmaceutical business of Pierre Fabre in Italy;

Support the CFO and interact with the entire Finance team in the development of automation solutions using RPA or advanced analytics tools. In detail the VIE will have to collect and formalise the needs form senior colleagues and will a to support the CFO in the planning of the activities, in the monitoring of the advancement provided by IT colleagues or external consultants and in the testing preparation and execution.
You have a Master's degree in Finance or a business school, management, economic.
A first experience in finance, information systems or data management will be an advantage.
You have a very good knowledge of Excel.
You have the ability to solve business problems, thanks to your analytical mind.
You have a good level of English in daily use, both oral and written.
Knowledge in Italian will be appreciated.
