We’re looking for a creative and ambitious storyteller who thrives on producing videos from start to finish. We’re a company that embraces AI, innovation and creativity to redefine excellence.  In this role, you are not just a video editor — you’re a modern content creator who owns the entire process. From trend analysis to final output, you’re hands-on, versatile, and resourceful and will help us elevate our social presence and brand identity. 

This role is dedicated to in-house video content — no client management, just one “customer”: Coveo’s brand and internal teams. You’ll have access to a fully equipped studio (cameras, lighting, audio) and the freedom to experiment with new formats, tools, and AI-driven workflows to create next-level video content.

As our Video Content Producer, you will:

  • Own end-to-end video production — from ideation and scripting (with our copywriter) to filming with semi-pro cameras or mobile devices, editing, and color correction, ensuring each project is polished and on-brand.
  • Create engaging video content for YouTube, LinkedIn, website pages, and campaigns to drive brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Manage and maintain the studio and equipment, ensuring everything is production-ready and set up efficiently for seamless recording sessions.
  • Collaborate with motion designers and external partners — Work with our in-house motion designer for animations and After Effects needs (a plus if you know AE yourself!) and engage freelancers or agencies for larger productions when needed.
  • Experiment with trends, AI tools, and analytics to create impactful video content, optimize workflows, and continuously improve future projects.
  • Direct talent with confidence and approachability, guiding executives, team members, and on-screen talent to deliver authentic and engaging performances.

Here’s what will qualify you for the role:

  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with cameras (DSLRs/mirrorless), studio equipment, and basic knowledge of color correction.
  • Experience with After Effects is a plus, with motion design support available as needed.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, technical skills, and creativity through a mix of short-form and long-form videos.
  • Passion for storytelling, AI advancements, and exploring innovative video trends.
