WHAT OUR VICE PRESIDENT MARKETING OPERATIONS PROCESS & WORKFLOW ENJOY MOST

  • Managing a high-performing, dedicated team of marketing experts that can provide the organization with world class experience, knowledge, execution and overall marketing leadership.
  • Overseeing department goals with monthly view and quarterly updates for leadership, advising on conditions based on changing environment and making recommendations for changes.
  • Implementing strategic and operational processes, making time, information, and decision processes more effective.
  • Evaluating campaigns and metrics through data analysis, advising on effectiveness of functions and programs ultimately developing metrics for success and creating next-generation marketing campaign measurement reporting and analysis.
  • Identifying areas of opportunity for new programs and campaigns, driving marketing ROI through innovative tactics, reporting and process improvements.
    Creating, adjusting and maintaining processes to ensure flawless but flexible execution, driving expenses down and increasing speed to market.


You'll actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience by monitoring trends and market conditions that impact the business and optimizing business unit functions with creation of innovative strategies. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Direct, mass and/or digital marketing experience 10+ years. Leadership of Marketing teams 8+ years. Marketing Analytics 8+ years. Project Management - 8+ years.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline and/or an equivalent experience
  • Technical skills: Requires a deep understanding of how systems work and how to get at data to drive analysis. Proven, successful track record of developing and executing integrated, strategic plans, managing and executing marketing projects. Business savvy, including an understanding of the marketplace, competitors, and technology and what is required for sustained operating results.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, superior analytical and technical expertise. Strong attention to detail. Exceptional leadership, communication and organizational skills. Highly developed capacity for teamwork and a strong focus on the customer.
  • Abilities: Can read, write, speak and understand English. Can think strategically. Can show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties in a fast paced environment. Can mine, analyze and interpret data to make recommendations based on analysis and expertise. Can work well with people from all levels of the organization, many different disciplines and varying degrees of technical and business experience. Can present to executive management. Can make decisions and resolve problems while working under pressure. Can manage and foster change.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of cable television, high speed Internet and phone products including mobile, and services preferred, with specific experience within marketing planning, execution and campaign analytics.
