Job Description
Summary
Based in our New Market office, this role provides a pivotal link between Customers and Kraft Heinz with responsibility for ensuring that Kraft Heinz inventory is efficiently and effectively replenished across all customers DCs and stores whilst minimising out of stocks.
This fast-paced role is critical to ensure we get our forecasting, ordering and delivery right as well as strengthening our relationships with our customers to hit our KPIs.
Internally you will work cross functionally with Sales, Logistics, Demand and Supply Planning teams
Key Responsibilities
Manage service levels & days of supply
- Order placement and stock replenishment of customer warehouse and stores
- Ensuring alignment on baseline, promotional and seasonal forecasting with Customer and Sales
- Proactive communication of service issues with suggested resolutions daily as well as root cause analysis
- Key collaborative link between Kraft Heinz & Customer on supply issues, new lines and event management
- Maintenance of data integrity
Improve supply chain efficiencies
- Load builds
- Review of lead times and delivery frequency
- Full Pallet and Truck Ordering
- Ensuring customer delivery standards are maintained
- Working capital (customer)
About you
- Robust stakeholder management with a customer centric mindset
- 3+years FMCG/Retail experience in a supply/demand capacity
- Strong communication capability
- Ability to effectively analyse data and problem solve to drive critical decision making
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Understanding of supply chain planning, inventory management, replenishment, warehousing, and transport
