Position Description

Access Holdings is seeking outstanding candidates for the Value Creation Associate / Senior Associate role—a critical component of our value creation team, working across key strategic initiatives and driving excellence across Access’ portfolio companies. As a value creation associate / senior associate, you will support the value creation and investment teams, and will identify, scope and ensure implementation of the value creation initiatives across the investment lifecycle.

The position is based in Baltimore, Maryland.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support specific value creation and strategic initiatives with the value creation and investment team (strategic planning, quarterly business review, firm strategic PMO)
  • Collaborate with the value creation team, as well as investment team to evolve value creation function and capabilities
  • Support and help formalize playbooks / repeatable toolkits and best practice capabilities for the investment team and portfolio companies
  • Support implementation and tracking of value creation projects and capabilities across Access portfolio companies
  • Support on-going maintenance and continued enhancement of existing playbooks and best practice toolkits
  • Maintain knowledge library with playbooks and toolkits with value creation team members
  • Support selective analytics and other initiatives as defined (portfolio analytics, churn analysis, pricing analysis, etc.)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of management consulting experience; or equivalent experience
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
