About This Role:

Are you passionate about crafting innovative and visually compelling product designs? We’re seeking a Product Designer to create high-quality interfaces and experiences that align with our product vision. 

In this role, you’ll focus on delivering design solutions that enhance usability, visual appeal, and overall user experience. As part of the Product team, you will play a key role in evolving the design language of our platform while ensuring consistency and scalability.

As part of the Product team, you’ll collaborate across disciplines to deliver experiences that delight our users and achieve our product vision.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and refine user interface designs, focusing on aesthetics, usability, and interaction patterns.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and visual concepts to communicate design solutions effectively.
• Contribute to and maintain the product’s design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Translate complex concepts and business requirements into visually engaging and user-friendly designs.
• Work on quick, iterative design cycles to rapidly test and improve design solutions.
• Conduct design reviews and provide detailed specifications and guidelines for developers.
• Optimize designs based on user feedback, analytics, and iterative testing.
• Ensure visual consistency across different product areas by applying brand and design guidelines effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and foster a positive, solutions-oriented work environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design output.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A strong portfolio showcasing your product design work, including high-fidelity UI designs, prototypes, and design system contributions.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, with a deep understanding of design systems, components, and prototyping features.
• Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to design for scale and consistency across complex systems.
• Ability to balance business goals with user needs to create impactful design solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to present design ideas and rationale to stakeholders.
• A team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on collaboration and adaptability.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design work.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 (USD)

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at HYPR. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other HYPRions. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at HYPR to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
