🔎 About the Role
We’re looking for a Founding Designer to lead design across our iOS, Android, and web platforms as we scale to the public. You’ll own our design systems from the ground up, shape our visual identity, and create a consistent, thoughtful experience across the product. This is a unique opportunity to define the role of design at a mission-driven startup and grow into a future Head of Design role.
What you’ll do

Lead Design Across Platforms: Own UX/UI for our mobile/web app, marketing site, internal tools, and brand identity.

Drive End-to-End Design: Create patterns, prototypes, and mockups to support product launches.

Champion User Needs: Conduct research and engage with customers to refine experiences.

Build Scalable Systems: Develop design systems and processes for long-term growth.

Bring experience & focus on Impact: 4-7 years in design (3+ in product), with a track record of driving adoption and retention in consumer apps.

Are Versatile & Technical: Skilled in UX/UI, brand design, Figma, Adobe Suite, and no-code tools like Framer, with a basic grasp of HTML/CSS.

Stuck between their providers, payers, and bill collectors, consumers too frequently have to make numerous phone calls, wait on hold, and even send paper letters and faxes.
