Our UX, UI or Hybrid Designer is first and foremost a storyteller. In this role you will work with our partners to design and implement strategic solutions to the complex challenges they face. After all, we're building products, tools and digital experiences that are helping them create a better future for humanity and the planet. Alongside a team of multi-disciplinary creatives you will develop innovative experiences and strategies for products that promote a considered, constructive vision of the future. You will get to collaborate across various disciplines, ClimateTech, Advanced Aerospace, The Future Of Health, Web3, just to name a few. Along the way creating successful user experiences through design, research, feedback, analysis, testing and best practices.
At the end of the day we want you to stand on the crossroads of being obsessive with details, while never losing sight of the bigger picture.

UX Capabilities
- 3-5+ years of experience as a UX designer.
- Solid UX capabilities to easily understand, handle and produce information architecture, wireframes, and user journeys.
- Translate product goals and objectives into seamless digital experiences.
- Being able to plan and execute research activities such as user interviews, benchmarks, heuristic analysis, user tests amongst others, as well as understand and analyze the results.
- Contributes to architecture by asking the right questions to ensure architecture matches business needs for our clients.
- Static and Prototyope (Figma / Invision) Deliverables.
UI Capabilities
- 3-5+ years of experience as a UI designer.
- Solid UI capabilities to craft visually stunning expressions that are built from solid understanding of our UX and brand foundations.
- Ability to lift and integrate brand from established guidelines and strong instinct for “everything in between the lines.”
- Translate product goals and objectives into seamless digital experiences.
- Static and Prototyope (Figma / Invision) Deliverables.
Key Skills
- Experience working remotely and / or within distributed teams.
- Confident presentation and storytelling abilities.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a sense of urgency and results-orientated.
- Experience collaborating in distributed multidisciplinary teams.
