Job Description
DigiHub T-NAP (Telekom Network Automation Platform) is a x-functional Hub with delivery teams and the goal of the DigiHub is to build, integrate and operate the same name platform - T-NAP, where:
- we build the central platform for network automation based on ONAP
- With O-RAN town we enable NFV – making DT independent from classical vendors
- we believe in agile working and organize our teams as an Agile Release Train
- we use state-of-the-art technologies such as cloudification, microservices and open APIs
- we believe in OpenSource and become one of the top contributors to ONAP
- project contains of several teams with currently ~40 employees (with planned growth)
And here we are looking for a CX/UI expert to support portal teams & POs in ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role involves working closely with our customers, understanding their workflows, and translating them for the development teams.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Develop customer journey designs for our B2B products, based on user feedback, technical and business requirements
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs based on our design system
- Design and develop reusable components for our design system
- Collaborate with product owners, developers and other stakeholders to advocate for user needs in the creation of user stories, epics, and other user-centered documentation
Qualifications
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
- Have a deep understanding of design systems and their role in maintaining design consistency.
- Are proficient in design tools, especially Figma, and have strong UI/UX design principles.
- Can provide easy-to-use frontend designs for complex technical workflows, including policy and template editing.
- Have fluency in HTML and CSS to effectively demonstrate specific UX or design concepts (a plus).
- Possess knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG and others) to support colleagues with disabilities.
- Communicate effectively in English and collaborate seamlessly between design, product, and development teams; German is a plus.
- Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to design visually appealing user interfaces.
- Can work independently and within a team, managing multiple projects while adapting to changing priorities.

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1 700 € /brutto.
