What will you do?
As a UI/ UX Designer you have to have a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences and intuitive user interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance our digital products, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand identity as well as:

• Designs, develops, and implements digital applications and experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project goals, target audience, and user requirements.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Design intuitive and user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs and enhance usability.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve design processes and product quality.
• Collaborate with developers during implementation to ensure design fidelity and proper functionality.
• Communicate design rationale and decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This position works directly with Slovakia based engineering leadership and Cat Digital IT in the US.
What you have:

• Recently graduated a related field (graduated in 2023 or later).
• Creativity - knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual design mockups.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic experience with responsive design and designing for various devices and screen sizes.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and typography.
