About the position

As a UX Researcher at Showpad, you will play a key role in influencing the user experience. Working with the guidance of another established UX Researcher you will drive research projects to uncover deep insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points. You will be responsible for planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative UX research and sharing the findings in an engaging way to inform strategic decision-making and product design decisions.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, marketing and engineering, to ensure user research is integrated into the development process and drives continuous product improvement.

Key responsibilities

  • Planning research studies.
  • Collecting research data through interviews, usability studies, surveys and user analytics platforms.
  • Recruiting participants for research.
  • Sharing research findings to a wide range of audiences.
  • Supporting other roles (design, PM) to run research.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Academic background or equivalent experience in UX, User Research, HCI, Psychology, Social Science, Anthropology or similar.
  • Experience (including internships, projects, or junior positions) in user research, market research, or UX design.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of user research methods.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to influence design decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Experience with tools and software used in UX research.
  • Experience communicating user research findings with cross-functional partners to drive impact and product strategy.
  • Experience in the tech industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
