What you’ll do:
- Get nosy (the good kind): Dive deep into user behavior, uncovering the "why" behind the "what" with qualitative and quantitative research.
- Be the glue: Collaborate across teams to turn research insights into ideas that shape our products and business.
- Help us build awesome stuff: Partner with product managers and designers to drive user-first strategies.
- Be a curious stalker: Plan and execute foundational, generative, and evaluative studies to iterate on prototypes and gather meaningful feedback.
- Spread the wisdom: Document and share insights in ways that everyone can understand—fostering a research-driven culture.
- Simplify the complex: Champion in-house research evangelism to make findings accessible and actionable across the organization.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in product-focused research, with a solid grasp of UX principles and methods.
- A natural curiosity to ask “why?” until you get to the heart of the matter.
- Multitasking wizardry—you’re comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- An eagle eye for detail, especially in research synthesis and documentation.
- Top-notch communication and collaboration skills that make working with cross-functional teams a breeze.
