What success looks like in this role:
• Brindar soporte tecnico en temas de tecnología por medio telefónico y de chat.
• Registrar y documentar los incidentes en la herramienta definida para esta actividad de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos.
• Realizar seguimiento de los incidentes generados.
• Actuar como el primer punto de contacto del usuario y asegurar la satisfacción del cliente.
• Aplicar técnicas básicas de diagnóstico para identificar inconvenientes, investigar causas y recomendar soluciones para corregir fallas comunes.
