Job Overview:

We are on the lookout for a motivated User Support & Junior Systems Administrator to join our growing team. This position requires a proactive individual with strong technical abilities to provide user support and assist in system administration. You will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software challenges.
  • Assist in maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting server and network infrastructure.
  • Document support requests and maintain accurate logs in our ticketing systems.
  • Perform system installations, configurations, and updates as required.
  • Educate users about IT best practices and assist in onboarding new technologies.
  • Work collaboratively with IT team members to enhance overall service delivery.
Requirements

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Windows and macOS systems.
  • Experience with Windows Server (2008/2012) and Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of cloud services, especially Office 365 and Gmail.
  • Familiarity with mobile device management solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
