As our HR Talent Analyst, you will help support the annual talent processes within the organization.  Every day you will develop talent projects, coordinate talent management processes and conduct presentations to senior leadership. To thrive in this role, you must have excellent project management, communication and analytical skills.  

 

Here’s what you will experience working as an HR Talent Analyst: 

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing annual talent management processes and initiatives. 

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project objectives. 

  • Generate and analyze reports related to talent processes, including performance management, succession planning, and Associate development. 

  • Utilize data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in talent management practices. 

  • Help prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership to support decision-making. 

  • Provide support to HR Business Partners and People Leaders in implementing talent management processes. 

  • Address inquiries and provide guidance on talent-related matters. 

  • Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and workshops related to talent processes. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • 2-3 years of experience in talent management, HR, or a related field. 

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. 

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 

  • Experience with HRIS systems, specifically Workday. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $47,237.00 - $78,919.86 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
