Job Description

At IFS, we are dedicated to creating innovative digital products that provide seamless user experiences. We work with a diverse range of clients and industries to craft design solutions that are not only visually appealing but also functional, user-centric, and easy to navigate.

We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. If you're someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is driven to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to better understand user needs and pain points.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that showcase design concepts, user flows, and interactions.
• UI Design: Design visually stunning user interfaces that are on-brand, aesthetically pleasing, and optimized for usability across multiple platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, and marketing) to translate business goals into effective and innovative design solutions.
• Usability Testing: Test designs with users to evaluate their functionality and make improvements based on feedback.
• Responsive Design: Ensure designs are responsive and functional across various devices and screen sizes.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company is always ahead of the curve in terms of design.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing past design projects and a clear understanding of the design process.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Sketch, InVision, or other similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Experience with creating responsive and adaptive designs for web applications.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript for collaborating with developers (a plus).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design ideas clearly to stakeholders.
• A creative and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for improving user experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in animation or motion design.
• Knowledge of design systems and how to implement them.
• Background in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
