Zoom is looking for a talented sales person who specializes in SaaS telephony sales. Our UCaaS Advisor team focuses on working with strategic accounts in a defined geographic territory.

About the Team

The Zoom UCaaS sales team is a dynamic force driving the company's success. With a focus on delivering cutting-edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with clients worldwide.

What we’re looking for

  • 8+ years of Account Executive experience at a technology company
  • Direct Cloud PBX Product selling experience
  • Direct UCaaS, Platform, and SaaS selling experience
  • Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) too
  • Works with existing and new customers to sell our UCaaS that meet their communications
  • Understands the industry standards, and can partner with direct sales account executives to prospect new opportunities and increase the sales funnel
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Develop a strong understanding of key product differentiators, sales methodologies and processes
  • Create, deliver and manage client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Partner with Direct Account Executives to drive the UCaaS sales cycle for new logos and upsell opportunities
  • Conduct high-level conversations with C-Level and VP -Level Executives to address business needs
  • Work closely with product teams to drive customer feedback and improve product
  • Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
     

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$160,000.00

Maximum:

$320,000.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
