Your day at NTT DATA

The Technical Services Implementation Engineer (L3) is a seasoned engineering role, responsible for providing technical support to clients. This includes remotely supporting clients within service level agreements (SLAs); to install and configure software and hardware, resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis and adhere to any related processes such as change management.
This role is involved in more complex environments for installation, configuration and fault management.

What you'll be doing

Implementation Engineer CX

Zakres obowiązków:

• Projektowanie i wdrażanie systemów Customer Experience (Contact Centre) obsługi wielokanałowych interakcji (Voice, Chat, Email, SocialMedia)

• Identyfikacja i analiza wymagań funkcjonalnych i niefunkcjonalnych

• Wsparcie w przygotowaniu ofert handlowych oraz estymacje pracochłonności

• Testowanie oraz wdrażanie produkcyjne dostarczanych rozwiązań

• Tworzenie i aktualizowanie dokumentacji technicznych

• Diagnozowanie i rozwiązywanie problemów zgłaszanych przez klientów

• Współpraca z partnerami technologicznymi w ramach implementacji oraz eksploatacji systemów Customer Experience

Nasze oczekiwania:

• Praktyczna znajomość wdrożeniowa i/lub administracyjna systemów CX, preferowane Genesys

• Praktyczna znajomość z zakresu protokołów komunikacji aplikacyjnej VoIP, WWW, WebServices

• Praktyczna znajomość zagadnień z zakresu baz danych

• Samodzielność i skuteczność w rozwiązywaniu problemów technicznych oraz duża otwartość na nowe technologie

• Wysoka komunikatywność i chęć bezpośredniej współpracy z klientami

• Umiejętność współpracy w doświadczonym zespole technicznym

• Duża dokładność w realizacji zadań

• Umiejętności analityczne

• Znajomość języka angielskiego (B2)

• Znajomość platform chmurowych Amazon AWS, MS Azure lub Google cloud będzie dodatkowym atutem
