You oversee the lifecycle of diverse, interdependent, cross-functional, multiple projects through a set of practices and a release plan. This includes disparate scope, resource dependencies, cross-project alignment, deployment planning, release execution and transparent reporting of release results for SAP and SAP-Integrated projects.
How you will contribute
You will oversee the operational responsibilities required to deliver projects and software releases following MDLZ best practices in Project governance and release governance, including project scope, review and approval, release-level RAID management, TG approvals, release governance boards and final preparation for project and release go-lives. In this role, you will conduct alignment sessions with senior leaders and other stakeholders to confirm that release schedules are aligned to business goals and then communicate the release roadmap to broader internal and external stakeholders. You will use your 8-12 years of project delivery and governance experience in software delivery lifecycle of SAP projects to influence leadership and projects.

More about this role
What you need to know about this position: You will be joining in the role of Regional Continuous Testing Lead for MEU region. Your role largely focuses on understanding the global strategy and adopting, adapting to make it the right strategy for the region. You will be responsible for quality governance including tracking regional quality performance across testing metrics, automation of tests for the region. You will own test delivery of key SAP Upgrades that affect the region twice a year. You will bring a broad spectrum of skills and demonstrate attributes in leading with influence, technical leadership, problem solving and managing change. You will own the regional test governance for MEU and at the same you participate in global initiatives that our team initiates regularly.
What extra ingredients will you bring: You have a learning mindset and can operate with a level of independence. You are able to learn new process and technical skills as the world around you evolves. You are able to work across levels in the enterprise cutting across senior business leaders for the region, non-technical business colleagues and technical teams based in other locations (India, UK, US)
Education / Certifications: Engineering or Computer Science background. Preference of proven hands-on experience over certifications.
Job specific requirements: Knowledge of Tricentis Suite of Testing products is an advantage (qTest, TOSCA, Neoload, Live Compare). Testing focused knowledge of SAP S4Hana, Fiori, middleware technologies like IBM B2B, Mulesoft. Awareness and working knowledge of enterprise architecture revolving around SAP S4 Hana will be an advantage.
Travel requirements: Infrequent travel based on need of the region.
Work schedule: Standard work hours for the country. Flexible work schedule expected that allows you to collaborate and coordinate with your team members and vendor teams based in US, Europe and India.
