This role is intended to be an entry-level position handling programmatic and routine functions of the Compliance Team. Key responsibilities are primarily related to queue-type workstreams, with quantifiable workload. This individual will be responsible for the high-quality completion of a steady stream of work, thereby providing transparent and responsive service from the Compliance Team to other departments. Additional impact will relieve capacity issues related to senior employees completing tasks easily managed by a designated junior employe.
Salary: $63,000 - $66,000
What the Trust and Assurance Analyst will do:
- Work with Sensor Tower Sales Team to review DDQ intake requests, complete due diligence requests from customers, maintain an orderly and efficient workflow queue, and meet internal DDQ completion KPIs.
- Assist in the DDQ workflow management system administration (“Responsive”), including training the Sensor Tower Sales Team on standard operating procedures, updating the content repository answers, and supporting system improvement goals.
- Review and investigate alerts generated by the Sensor Tower customer due diligence screening tool (“Refinitiv”), identify elevated risks associated with customer engagement, and escalate alerts requiring enhanced due diligence and/or legal review according to Sensor Tower policy requirements.
- Support the Sensor Tower Sales Team through training on Sensor Tower’s KYC policies and procedures, and communicating expectations and investigation results.
- Evaluate the level of risk exposure associated with existing and prospective third party vendors, considering factors such as services provided, data processed, and internal controls maintained by the vendor.
- Support Sensor Tower’s procurement policies through training internal stakeholders on procurement processes and procedures, assist in obtaining vendor documentation required for assessment, and ensure appropriate adherence to procurement policy requirements.
- Maintain accurate vendor records through regular audits, tracking vendor renewal and expiration dates, and soliciting process participation and compliance from internal stakeholders.
- Participate in strategic projects, goals, and initiatives to continually grow Sensor Tower’s compliance posture.
- Provide high quality service to the business in supporting processes, and supporting compliance with policies and procedures.
